• Membership levels are divided into “Regular Member” and “VIP Member”. Register on the Finlayson online flagship store to become a “Regular Member”.
   
• After becoming a “Regular Member”, you can enter the registered email address to log in and shop on the online flagship store. “Regular Member” can be upgraded to “VIP Member” if their actual spending over HK$1,000 or above for the order (Exclude return or refund cases). Actual spending refer to the total billed amount net of delivery charge, coupons, used store credit rebate & other discount offers.

• The membership level will be automatically updated at 12:00 AM (GMT+8) every day.
   
• Membership is only available at Finlayson online flagship store.

• “Regular Member” has to enter the registered email address to log in the online ship in order to count the accumulated spending.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. 
• VIP Member must accept E-mail promotion to enjoy Birthday Offer.
• If you become a “VIP member” in your birthday month, you can enjoy the birthday offer in the birthday month of the following year.
• Regular Offer, VIP Birthday Offer, VIP Thankful Day & other promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction. 
• Regular Offer, VIP Birthday Offer, VIP Thankful Day & other promotional offers are suspended during the Final/mega sale. 
• Reward points are only applicable to regular priced products. 
• During Mega sale or Final sale, free delivery will be provided if the order net amount is $ 1,000 or above. The additional charge will be added for the remote area.  
• During Mega sale or Final sale, all VIP member privileged award & 及New Member Offer will be suspended.
